COordin8

COordin8 helps you coordinate people in real time when it matters most. From transportation disruptions and school trips to large events and emergency situations, COordin8 gives organizers the tools to communicate clearly, reduce chaos, and keep everyone informed. Designed for real-world environments, COordin8 works even when people speak different languages, move around, or need fast updates. Clear communication in stressful situations Send announcements to your entire group instantly. Messages are automatically translated into each participant’s device language, so everyone receives clear instructions without confusion. Organizers can speak or type, and participants see the message in their own language. Interactive Q and A that reduces repeated questions Participants can ask questions by voice or text. Similar questions are grouped and voted on, helping organizers answer the most important concerns first. Responses are translated automatically so everyone stays informed. Smart tagging and filtering Quickly organize large groups using simple tags such as ticket type, accessibility needs, destination, and priority. This makes it easy to communicate with the right people at the right time. Simple assignment and resource management Assign people to buses, rooms, teams, or time slots in seconds. Visual dashboards show capacity and status so organizers can make fast, confident decisions. Real-time awareness without tracking COordin8 focuses on presence and readiness, not surveillance. Participants can optionally share approximate proximity to checkpoints, helping organizers know when groups are ready to move. Exact location is never stored. Works for many real-world scenarios Transportation disruptions, school field trips, tours and travel, conferences and events, emergency coordination, and volunteer and community groups. Privacy-first and low friction No complicated setup. Participants can join instantly using a QR code. Sessions are temporary and designed to be secure and anonymous. Why COordin8 Reduce chaos.
