Eventfull

There are some apps which are useless after one event; as soon as the conference is over, the app is dead. Then the same organiser's event comes along a year later, and you try to use the app you downloaded last year - still no joy. About to visit another conference? Separate app? Possibly. Eventfull is different. It is the conference planning app to end all conference planning apps. Use it again a week after the conference? No problem. Wish to use it next year? Same again. Off to another conference? It's Eventfull all the way. All Events, One App From Aabenraa to Zanzibar, you can travel far with Eventfull. To any conference, seminar, symposium or gathering, with a smartphone or digital tablet. It is the Swiss Army Knife and high-visibility jacket of conference apps, with information about your event, speakers, sponsors and places to go. The Only App You'll Ever Need Before, during and after the conference, Eventfull is your one-stop solution. Included are a number of features which ensure its usefulness throughout your event: * Easy Registration: register with one or more conferences, and/or fringe events; * Event Agendas: weigh up agendas on the move. No need for missing sheets of paper or additional waste; * Venue Maps and Information: no need to get lost, ever again. Search for parking spaces, railway stations, disabled access and bus stops; * Tourist Information: places to see and do in and around the venue. Discover historical attractions, fine food and drink, open spaces, museums and galleries; * Speaker Biographies: pen pictures of conference speakers, inclusive of photographs and past experience; * Sponsor and Exhibitor Information: overview of activities and, where applicable, stand details; * Floor Plan Views: details of seating and stand layouts; * Incentives and Competitions: giveaways, freebies and competitions - applicable online via Eventfull; * Paperless Feedback: engage with your audience post-conference. Engage With Your Audience - Fast! Eventfull is a boon for conference organisers as well as delegates. Organisers can engage with their audience electronically and in much quicker time than before. Delegates no longer need to worry about getting lost, arriving at the venue well informed. After the event is over, you can still use Eventfull for post-conference correspondence, and register for other events. Unlike the one trick ponies of some apps Eventfull is yours to keep. For your first conference, then another, and several others thereafter.
