ConstruDo

ConstruDo keeps tasks, permits, insurance, photos, videos, and team communication tied to the specific project they belong to - built for project managers, owner's representatives, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and independent professionals running one or more construction projects. TASKS Create tasks and assign them to yourself or a collaborator. Project owners and Owner Assistants can edit a task's title, priority, and assignees; every collaborator can update a task's status, due date, notes, and attachments. Manage multiple projects from one account - 1 project on Free, up to 10 on Pro, and unlimited on Business - with a dashboard that sorts everything by urgency (Critical, At Risk, Due Today, Overdue). TEAM COMMUNICATION Every task has its own message thread, so conversations stay tied to the work they're about. Project owners can also loop in people who don't use ConstruDo by email - their replies route back into the same task thread automatically, with no account required to reply. COLLABORATION & OWNER ASSISTANTS Invite collaborators for free - they don't need their own paid subscription. Grant an Owner Assistant elevated, broad project-management access (creating tasks, editing title, priority, and assignees) to help manage a project, while the owner retains ownership and protected controls. Owner Assistant seats: none on Free, up to 3 on Pro, unlimited on Business. PHOTOS & VIDEOS Keep project photos and videos organized with the work they document. PERMIT & INSURANCE REMINDERS Add a permit or insurance policy with its expiration date, and ConstruDo schedules reminders before it lapses. Expired permits and lapsed insurance are flagged as Critical on your dashboard. On Pro and Business, Morning Focus and Evening Summary emails recap what needs attention at the start and end of each day. NYC DOB ALERTS (Pro and Business, NYC projects only) For a New York City project with both a valid address and a valid Building Identification Number (BIN) on file, ConstruDo can surface automated alerts for matching NYC Department of Buildings complaints and violations, shown in the project and in your in-app notification inbox. PLATFORMS Native iOS and Android apps plus a web app. The same account works across all three. PLANS: Free: 1 project, up to 3 collaborators, core task management. Pro: up to 10 projects, up to 3 Owner Assistants, reminders, and NYC DOB alerts. Business: unlimited projects and collaborators, with the same Pro features.
