Connec8 Plans Staff

Connec8 Plans Staff is the app your gym team uses to turn a member's intake form into a personalised workout and diet plan in minutes. Built for gym owners, managers and trainers. Your members never need this app - they get their plan through a link or the Connec8 Plans member app. WHAT YOU CAN DO Collect member details with a QR code Put your gym's intake QR on the front desk or a poster. Members scan and fill in their goals, body metrics, injuries, allergies and dietary preferences. The request lands in your Requests tab. Generate a full plan with AI Open a request and generate a complete workout split and diet plan built around that member's goal, experience level and dietary needs. Plans that match your actual equipment Add your gym's machines and free weights, with photos, and generated workouts only use what you really own. Edit before you release Every plan is a draft until you say otherwise. Adjust exercises, sets, reps, meals and macros, then release it to the member. Deliver it how your members prefer Share a plan link, send it on WhatsApp, or export a PDF. Run your team Invite trainers and admins, set roles and permissions, and control who can see billing and member data. Track members and credits See your member list, plan history, and a full credit ledger showing exactly what was spent and when. Notifications that matter Get a push when a plan finishes generating or a new intake request arrives. BUILT FOR INDIAN GYMS Sign in with your mobile number. Data is hosted in the Indian region and handled under the DPDP Act 2023. A Connec8 Plans subscription is required. Gym owners manage their subscription and credits at plans.connec8.org.
