Full description
Fast Track — privacy-first intermittent fasting Time your fasts. See what your body is actually doing as the hours tick by. Keep a quiet, encouraging log of what you've done. All on your phone, all yours. Fast Track is for people who want to understand fasting, not gamify it into anxiety. No accounts. No servers. No analytics SDK. No advertising. Just a focused timer, a calm dashboard, and the seven metabolic stages your body moves through every fast. WHAT IT DOES • Time your fasts with a clear circular timer and live elapsed counter, plus an optional persistent notification so you can check the time without opening the app. • Walk the seven fasting stages: Anabolic → Catabolic → Fat-burning → Ketosis → Autophagy → Deep Ketosis → Extended. Tap any stage for a calm explanation of what's happening biologically and how you might feel. • Pick a protocol: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, 5:2 — or build a custom one. • Switch your protocol mid-fast if your plan changes. Your start time stays the same; the goal updates. • Log water (with 250 ml / 500 ml / 1 L quick-add chips), mood, and weight. • Daily quests with gentle XP rewards. Streaks that respect freeze tokens. A Trophy Cabinet for badges. Level up at your own pace. • History view with every completed fast, swipe-to-delete and long-press menus. • Insights tab: weekly summary, GitHub-style fasting heatmap, fast-duration distribution, weight trend, water chart, personal bests. • Learn tab: seven hand-written articles ("What is intermittent fasting?", "Breaking a fast safely", "Hunger waves and ghrelin", "Water, caffeine and electrolytes", "When to stop or seek help") plus a stage glossary that deep-links to the detail cards. • Customize Home: toggle which dashboard cards appear. Hide what you don't use. • Add past fasts to migrate your history from another app. • Stage-milestone notifications with quiet hours. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • No cloud sync, no servers, no logins. • No analytics SDK. No crash-reporting service. No advertising identifier. • No selling of data — because there is no data leaving your device to sell. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Everything you log lives in an encrypted SQLite database inside Fast Track's private app sandbox. You can: • Export — Settings → Data → Export gives you a complete JSON snapshot of every fast, log, badge and preference. • Import — restore from any previous export when you switch phones. • Reset — wipe everything from this device and return to onboarding. Uninstalling Fast Track also removes the database with it. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Fast Track is a personal logging tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Intermittent fasting may not be appropriate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing diabetes, have a history of disordered eating, or take medication that requires food. Please talk to a healthcare professional before starting or changing a fasting routine.
