Sauna Timer & Log: Cold Plunge

Sauna Log is a sauna tracker, timer and journal for anyone who uses a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna or a steam room and wants an honest record of every visit, not a vague habit checkbox. Start the Live Timer and tap once each time you move between the heat and the cold plunge. It counts your hot and cold rounds while you are in the room. Tap Finish and the log opens already filled in — type, total time and cycles — so all that is left is a temperature, your mood before and after, and a note if you want one. Before the first request the app asks for consent and explains what is sent: date, type, duration, temperature, cycles and mood scores of recent entries, routed through OpenRouter to an AI model. Notes are never sent. Withdraw consent in Settings anytime; logging keeps working without it. Suggestions are general wellness ideas, not medical advice, and their numbers are kept within conservative limits.
