Garden Planner: Raised Beds

Garden Planner is a vegetable garden planner for raised beds: a planting calendar built from your growing zone's frost dates, a grid that checks companion planting as you fill it, and a plant library that answers "when do I sow this, and how far apart?" It works on both sides of the equator. Most apps assume a North American or European spring. Garden Planner has 31 growing zones across North America, Europe, Türkiye, Japan, Korea, China, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina and Chile, South Africa and the frost-free tropics, and southern zones carry southern frost dates. On first launch it suggests a zone from your phone's region setting (never GPS), and you can pick a different zone at any time. Frost dates are zone averages, not a forecast for your yard. HOW IT WORKS Pick your zone, create a raised bed sized to your space, and plant into its grid from the library. Mark a planting as sown and the app works out an expected harvest date and puts both dates on your monthly calendar. WHAT'S IN THE APP • Planting calendar and sowing calendar: sow and harvest rows for your own plantings, plus a "good to start now" list for the month you are viewing, based on your average last frost date • Raised bed planner: a grid sized to your space; when two neighbouring cells are a known bad pair, such as tomatoes next to cabbage or beans next to onions, the cell is flagged • Companion planting library: 20 common vegetables, herbs and marigold with spacing, sow depth, days to harvest, sun needs, whether to start seeds indoors, and the sow week relative to your last frost, plus a companion and antagonist grid; it works without a connection • Garden reminders: local notifications on your phone when a sowing window opens, when a crop is nearly ready, and three weeks before your average first frost • AI Bed Planner: enter the dimensions and the vegetables you want, and get a companion-aware garden layout and planting order, limited to the plants in the library so every suggestion can be opened in the app • Succession Coach (Pro): when you mark a crop harvested, ask what to plant next in that spot • AI Advisor (Pro): pick a symptom from a fixed list, such as yellowing leaves, holes in leaves or powdery patches, and get possible causes and non-chemical things to try. It is general gardening information, not a diagnosis, and it does not look at photos FREE AND PRO Free: the full planting calendar, the whole plant library and companion grid, reminders, one raised bed with unlimited plantings, and three AI bed plans a month. The free version shows ads. Pro removes the limits: unlimited beds, unlimited AI plans, the Succession Coach, the AI Advisor, and no ads. Garden Planner Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, billed through your Google Play account. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in Google Play subscriptions. Restore Purchases is on the subscription screen. YOUR DATA No sign-up is needed: the app starts you on a guest profile. Your beds, plantings and garden profile are saved on your phone. The AI features need a connection and send only what that feature needs to our server, which passes it to a third-party AI service: your bed size, the plants you picked and your zone for a plan; the harvested plant and your zone for the Succession Coach; the symptom and plant for the Advisor.
