HOW IT WORKS ON ANDROID • Grant Usage Access so Dopaminer can read how long you spend in the apps you pick • Choose the apps that distract you most (the free plan covers up to 3) • Set a daily limit from 1 to 6 hours, in half-hour steps • A quiet background tracker checks your usage about once a minute • Alerts arrive at 50%, 80% and 100% of your limit, so nothing sneaks up on you Dopaminer does not lock or hide other apps on Android. It measures, warns and keeps score, and the decision to put the phone down stays with you. Every day under your limit builds your streak; one bad day resets it, and the next morning is a clean start. Your dashboard shows minutes used vs. minutes left, today's state and your current streak, and the stats tab lists your best streak and the moments you kept scrolling after a warning.
