CoachTrail is coaching software for personal trainers and fitness coaches. Build reusable workout templates, schedule each client, and share the plan — from your phone or the web. FOR COACHES • Build workouts — line up exercises and circuits into templates you reuse for every client. • Schedule practices — book one-off or recurring sessions on a clean calendar, with reps, weights and weekly increments per exercise. • See what actually happened — the sets your client logged, how hard each one felt, and how ready they were before and after the session. • Sync to Google Calendar — connect your account and your bookings appear in your own calendar. • Programs — assign a multi-week plan to a client in one step. FOR CLIENTS • Your plan, on your phone — today's session, what is coming up, and the whole calendar. • Log your sets as you lift, with a guided session runner and rest timers. • Progress photos, body metrics and weekly check-ins, shared only with your coach. • Form-check videos — send a clip, get your coach's notes back. Clients join by private invite only. Coaches sign up on the web. CoachTrail is available in English and Serbian.

What's new

Weights with a comma: type 114,2 and it saves. On a phone whose keyboard offers a comma, a decimal weight would not go in at all. Habits show your streak, and one you tick late at night counts for the day you ticked it — not the server's day. Coaches: the bell now raises a form check waiting on you, a check-in note, and a red readiness reading before a session. All six body measurements your client logs are visible at last.
