Word Ladder is a puzzle you can finish on the train. Start on one word and reach another, changing a single letter at each step. Every rung has to be a real word, so the ladder has to be built, not guessed. Reach the target in as few moves as you can, and as quickly as you can. Everyone plays the same ladder on the same day, so the score you post is a fair one. Come back tomorrow and it is a fresh ladder, with the streak still counting.
