Sentry Connect is the companion app for the Sentry USB dashcam accessory used with Tesla vehicles. Pair, monitor, and manage your device over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi: view live status, browse archived clips, configure backups, and receive push notifications when your dashcam captures events. FEATURES: • BLE pairing with your Sentry USB device (single-dialog pair UX on Android 13+) • Live status: storage usage, temperature, archive activity, connection state • Browse saved Tesla dashcam clips directly from your Sentry USB (no need to unplug the USB) • Drives screen: recent trips, distance, duration, GPS route, FSD vs manual stats • Push notifications for archive events, new clips, and errors • Wraps support: configure event wraps and trip-mode behavior • Network setup: Wi-Fi configuration, ethernet via travel router • Diagnostics: live logs and service status • Terminal access for advanced troubleshooting • Remote firmware updates over the network • One-tap clip handoff to Sentry Editor: open clips directly in the multi-camera viewer/editor WHO IT'S FOR: Tesla owners using a Sentry USB device to record dashcam footage on a self-hosted device.
