Carve Desk App Carve Desk is the operations app for Carve Photography, a medical photography studio serving doctors and clinics in India. It helps Carve Photography manage photography orders, invoices, payments, doctor accounts, photo delivery links, and day-to-day studio operations from one place. Partner doctors can also access their assigned cases, invoices, and photo delivery links through their dedicated portal. For Carve Photography Studio Staff Carve Desk gives studio owners, administrators, and staff a clear view of daily work. • View important items from the home dashboard • Create and manage photography orders • Add doctor, patient, photography type, and order details • Create invoices directly from orders • Record received payments and track payment status • Manage doctors, clinics, specialties, and contact details • Maintain reusable photography types and charges • Attach Google Drive photo delivery links to orders • Share and view invoices in a PDF-style flow • Review studio revenue and performance reports • Manage business details and email templates • Create staff accounts with module-based permissions Creating an order also creates its invoice, keeping order and billing information connected. For Partner Doctors Doctors and clinics can receive access to a dedicated portal when enabled by Carve Photography. Doctors can: • View cases shared with their clinic • View their photography orders • View invoices • Access photo delivery links shared by the studio • View and manage their profile information Photo delivery is handled through a Google Drive link and a branded delivery page. Photos are not uploaded into the app as a patient-facing gallery. How Access Works Carve Desk does not provide public self-registration. Studio accounts are created by the Carve Photography owner or administrator. Partner doctor portal access is enabled by Carve Photography for selected doctors or clinics. Users sign in with their email address and password. The app does not require Google, Apple, or other social account sign-in. Built for Studio Operations Carve Desk is designed around the workflow of a medical photography studio. It keeps operational information such as orders, invoices, payments, doctor records, and photo delivery links connected. Patient information is kept limited to the information required for studio operations, such as the patient name associated with a photography order. Backend activity and email events are logged to support reliable studio operations. Privacy and Data Carve Desk may handle information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, account information, order and invoice information, payment records, and patient names associated with cases.
