It connects your team to the same approval and document workflow used in the office, so you can manage customers, leads, tasks, and files from your phone. FOR DOWEL INFRA STAFF Dashboard View customer trends, lead follow-ups, storage usage, and quick links to work that needs attention. Customers Browse, search, and filter customer records. Create new customers, update profiles, change pipeline status, assign staff, upload approval documents, and manage customer portal access. Leads and tasks Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage to-dos across the team. Documents Browse and manage customer documents from one library. Notifications Get alerts for new customers, documents, and tasks that need action. Team and settings Manage staff accounts, pipeline statuses, audit logs, and notification preferences. Access depends on your role and permissions. Sign in with your work email and password provided by Dowel Infra. IMPORTANT This app is for internal use by Dowel Infra employees and authorized staff only. A valid staff account is required. It is not a public app and is not intended for general download or customer self-service.
