Mileage Add On

ALL proceeds support Guatemalan Mission If you are currently running Expense Tracker or Time Tracker, and you want to add the ability to track mileage across various clients and jobs, the Mileage Add On is the application to use. The Mileage Add On integrates seamlessly with your existing Expense or Time tracker applications to provide extensive mileage tracking. This application upgrades your existing Expense Tracker or Time Tracker applications; so, you will continue to use those applications to access your new mileage features. Default Mileage rates are able to be set within the application, then if needed, they can be overriden at the job level. Each mileage entry provides the following new options: * Enter your mileage either by entering a starting odometer reading and ending odometer reading. * You can also enter mileage by entering the total distance traveled. * Track the date that the mileage was executed. * Associate multiple tags to the mileage entry to quickly identify the reason for the trip. * Additional information about the mileage entry can be captured within the notes field.
