Blue Peak Water is the official customer app for Blue Peak Water Co., a water treatment service company in Bakersfield and across Kern County, California. The app lets our customers manage every aspect of their service relationship in one place. FOR CUSTOMERS • Pay invoices securely with Stripe • Schedule service visits and request callbacks • Message your technician directly • Review and sign quotes, estimates, and installation agreements • Track your water system, filter changes, and upcoming maintenance • View past service history, photos, and signed contracts • Get push notifications when your tech is on the way or a job is complete WHO IT'S FOR This app is for existing Blue Peak Water customers and staff. Customers sign in with credentials provided after a service visit. Admin staff and water-treatment technicians use the same app to manage jobs, schedules, and customer interactions. PRIVACY AND SECURITY We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and store records in Google Firestore. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your credit card numbers. Two-factor authentication is required for all staff accounts.
