PushUp App Blocker: PushBuff

No account. No cloud. No login, ever. PushBuff is the app blocker that trades push-ups for screen time, and it all happens right on your phone. Block Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any app that eats your day. Unlimited apps, completely free, with zero ads. Want back in? Do real push-ups. Our on-device AI counts every rep live, with zero internet connection and zero data leaving your device. Cheat with half-reps or waving arms? Zero count. Earn your time honestly, one push-up at a time. Stop doomscrolling. Start moving. PushBuff turns the fight against phone addiction into something physical, not another app promising to boost your discipline with charts you will ignore by Tuesday. WHY PUSHBUFF WORKS Most screen time apps rely on willpower alone. You set a limit, then override it thirty seconds later. PushBuff makes the override cost something real: physical effort. It is the same principle behind gym check-in apps, applied to your attention span. FEATURES Block unlimited apps: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or anything else. Completely free, with no ads, ever. On-device AI push-up counter. No internet needed, 100% private. Every unlock gives a fixed 15 minutes. When time is up, the block returns automatically, even mid-scroll, so there's no sneaking past your own limit. Choose Easy, Standard, or Beast difficulty per app, or set an exact custom rep count with Pro. Daily streaks and weekly stats to track your progress. Home screen widgets. See your streak and reps without opening the app. Full history: a calendar heatmap of every unlock, every rep, every app. Full data backup: export and restore your history anytime, on your terms. Themes, AMOLED dark mode, custom color palettes. Zero account, zero login, zero cloud. Everything lives on your device, always. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO If you have tried to cut back on doomscrolling and just white-knuckled it through willpower, you already know how that ends. PushBuff takes a different approach. Instead of another app that nags you about phone addiction, it makes you earn your way back in. That is the whole idea behind a digital detox that actually sticks: you are not fighting your own discipline all day, you are just doing a set of push-ups when you want to open Instagram or TikTok. Some people use it to finally break a screen time habit that has been creeping up for years. Others just want a bit more focus during work hours without installing five different productivity apps. Either way, it turns stop scrolling from a mental battle into something physical: a rep count you can actually see and beat. FREE FOREVER Blocking unlimited apps, counting push-ups, and earning your time back: 100% free, forever, with no ads on the core experience. No paywall either. Optional Pro customization (exact custom rep counts per app, extra themes, deeper stats, full data backup) and optional Skip Passes for the rare moment you truly cannot do push-ups exist if you want them, but you never have to pay to use PushBuff as intended. YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account required. No sign-up. No data sent anywhere, ever. Your push-up counts, your app blocks, and your streaks all stay stored locally, permanently under your control, with full backup and export whenever you want it. Your scroll has a price. Pay it in push-ups, not screen time you'll regret.
