HonorFit: Pushup App Blocker

Turn mindless scrolling into physical strength. HonorFit Blocker (Honor Fit) is a workout app blocker: it locks your distracting apps and turns your exercise reps into screen time currency. Want to browse social media, stream videos, or play games? Earn it first with pushups, squats, pull-ups, and sit-ups! 💪 HOW IT WORKS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. CHOOSE YOUR APPS: Select the apps that steal your focus (social media, video streaming, games). 2. SET YOUR RULES: Assign how many minutes of screen time each rep earns. 3. DO THE WORK: When you hit a blocked app, drop down and log your reps on the simple honor-system rep wheel. 4. SPEND YOUR TIME: Enjoy your earned screen time. The countdown only runs while you are actively inside a blocked app—switch away and the timer pauses! 5. STAY CONSISTENT: When your time runs out, the apps lock again and HonorFit drops you back on the rep wheels to earn more. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ KEY FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Active Session Metering: Your earned balance only drains while you are actively using a restricted app. Switch away, and your timer stops. • Honor-System Simplicity: No invasive cameras, no posture AI, no complicated setup. Just fast, frictionless rep logging. • Central Balance Pool: Earn time across multiple exercises and spend it freely across any of your blocked apps. • Streaks & Progress Tracking: Track your daily pushups, completed workouts, and habit streaks over time. • Dark Mode UI: Clean, distraction-free aesthetic designed for rapid logging. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚫 ZERO AI ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ None. Not a drop. No AI rep counting, no machine-learning form detection, no cloud processing, no chatbot coach. You log your own reps — if you cheat, the only person you are lying to is the one doing zero pushups. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 100% PRIVATE & ON-DEVICE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Your data belongs exclusively to you: • No accounts or sign-ups required. • No cloud tracking, data collection, or third-party analytics. • 100% of your data stays securely on your device. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🛡️ PERMISSIONS DISCLOSURE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HonorFit Blocker uses Android's Usage Access permission solely for digital wellbeing and habit-building purposes. It is used strictly to detect when a blocked app is brought to the foreground, so the app lock and screen time timer can be enforced. The "Display over other apps" permission draws the lock screen itself. HonorFit Blocker does NOT use an Accessibility Service. It cannot read your screen content, monitor keystrokes, access private data, or transmit any usage information. An app blocker, a pushup counter, and a screen time limit in one. Take back control of your attention and get in the best shape of your life — one rep at a time! Why the name? Honor Fit = honor system + fitness.
