BRRF Flow

RRF Flow is the B2B Flow app for petroleum site operators, field managers, and procurement teams. It replaces phone calls, spreadsheets, and email threads with a fast, mobile-first ordering experience — from catalog to quote to order, all in one place. Your site's product catalog, always in your pocket: Browse the full approved catalog for any assigned site. Products are organized by category — lighting, canopy, dispensers, amenity bins, signage, services, and more. Every listing shows the product image, SKU, supplier name, and unit price so you have everything you need to make a decision on the spot. Find anything in seconds: Search by product name or SKU. Filter by category or supplier to cut through large catalogs without scrolling endlessly. Select multiple filters at once, apply them, and clear in one tap when you're done. Build quotes without the back-and-forth: Add products to a quote directly from the catalog. Review your selections, confirm quantities, and submit — no paperwork, no waiting on email, no manual purchase orders. Manage multiple sites from one account: Each site has its own catalog, overview, and quote history. Switch between locations without logging out. Your work stays organized whether you manage one site or twenty. Secure, credential-based access: Log in with your organization-issued User ID and password. Sessions are protected and all data is scoped to your account. Password reset is available directly from the login screen. Designed for field use: BRRF Flow is built to work in the field — not just at a desk. The interface is clean, tap targets are large, and the app loads fast on mobile connections. No training needed. Log in and start ordering. Manage multiple sites and tenants from one account: Each site has its own catalog, overview, and quote history. Switch between locations without logging out. If your account is assigned to multiple tenants — such as different fuel brands or operating entities — you can toggle between them directly within the app. Your work stays organized whether you manage one site or twenty, across one brand or several.
