Practily: Activity Schedule

Practily is the kids' activity planner where the CLASS comes first, not the calendar. Add each class once — soccer on Tuesdays and Thursdays, piano every Wednesday, swimming every other Saturday — and Practily lays out every week for all your kids, tells you what to pack, and warns you when two things collide. TODAY AND THIS WEEK, FOR EVERY KID • One timeline across all your children, each in their own colour. • Clash alerts: "Emma's soccer and Leo's karate overlap 17:30–18:30" — before you find out in the car. Add travel time between places if you need it. • Tomorrow at a glance, so the evening-before check takes seconds. A GEAR CHECKLIST FOR EVERY CLASS • Shin guards? Water bottle? Goggles? Keep a list per class, with one-tap suggestions for each kind of activity. • Tick things off as the bag gets packed, session by session. • A reminder before each session, with the list in the notification. CLASSES, THE WAY THEY REALLY RUN • Several weekly times per class, weekly or every other week. • Seasons and terms with a start and an end date. • Cancel or move a single session without touching the rest. • Location with one tap to Maps, and the coach's number to call or text. EVENTS TOO School concerts, tournaments, dentist appointments and birthday parties — with a gift note and an RSVP note, so the present gets bought and the invitation gets answered. FEES AND THE YEARLY COST (PRO) • Record what each class costs, in one payment or in instalments that add up to the total exactly. • Paid and unpaid at a glance, overdue flags and a reminder before each payment is due. • A yearly report per kid, per class and per month: "Emma's activities in 2026: $2,340". Share it as a PDF or a spreadsheet. WORKS BESIDE YOUR FAMILY CALENDAR (PRO) Export every class and event to Apple, Google or Outlook calendar with one file. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no server. You, the parent, enter everything and it stays on your phone. Practily is made for parents — children don't use it. Back up to a single file whenever you like. FREE, WITH A FAIR PRO Free forever: up to 2 kids, unlimited classes, gear lists, reminders and clash alerts, with a small banner ad. Practily Pro is ONE purchase — no subscription — and adds unlimited kids, fees and instalments, the yearly cost report, calendar and spreadsheet export, and removes the ads.
