Full description
Bearhug is the field companion for manufacturers' sales representatives — the people who spend the day in a truck, not at a desk. YOUR ACCOUNTS ON A MAP See every account in your territory, colour-coded by stage, and plan a route that makes sense before you set off. LOG THE VISIT WHILE YOU'RE STILL IN THE PARKING LOT Check in and out in two taps — and with Bearhug open, it can spot that you've arrived at an account and offer to start the visit for you. QUOTE ON THE SPOT Build a quote against real product and pricing data, then share it as a PDF or spreadsheet before you leave. KEEPS WORKING WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS Once you're signed in for the day, your accounts, contacts, pricing, and cross-reference data stay on the device. Bearhug shows you what it has, tells you plainly when something needs a connection, and syncs what you wrote as soon as you're back in coverage — it never shows a stale number dressed up as a live one. EVERYTHING ELSE YOU CARRY Work email and calendar, sales collateral you can pin for offline use, product cross-reference with barcode scanning, and your commission statements. ASK TEDDY A built-in AI assistant that answers questions about your day from your own calendar, work email and contacts — "What's on my calendar today?", "Did Acme reply about the quote?" or "What's the buyer's phone number at Acme?". Teddy is powered by AI models from Anthropic, explains what it shares before you turn it on, and is available where your organisation has enabled it. Bearhug signs in with your work Microsoft account and shows only the data your organisation has assigned to you. Bearhug is for organizations that have deployed it. A work account from a participating company is required; it cannot be used with a personal account.
