ProperMech Pro

ProperMech Pro is the all-in-one business app for independent mechanics, tint installers, detailers, wrap shops, and PDR techs. Customers find you, request jobs, and book — directly. No per-lead fees, no commission, no middlemen. You keep 100% of every dollar you earn. ▸ CUSTOMERS COME TO YOU Car owners in your area find your profile, see your specialties and reviews, and request jobs directly. No bidding wars and no competing for shared leads. They picked you. ▸ ACCEPT, SCHEDULE & MANAGE See incoming requests with the customer's vehicle details, photos, and issue descriptions. Accept with one tap, then schedule an appointment from the available calendar. The customer gets a push notification with the confirmed time. ▸ SHOP OR MOBILE JOBS Work from your shop? Customers get directions to you. Mobile pro? The customer's address unlocks only after you accept the job. Tap "Navigate" to open maps, and the customer can follow your arrival. ▸ ESTIMATES & INVOICING Build detailed estimates right from your phone — add line items, photos, and pricing. Send them in-app. The customer approves or asks questions without phone tag. When the job is done, send the invoice. ▸ VIN SCANNER & DECODER Point your camera at the VIN plate and the scanner reads it instantly. The full decode — engine, trim, drive type, and fuel — populates automatically so you're quoting the right parts from the start. ▸ VIDEO & PHOTO UPDATES Send video updates while you work. Customers can view photos and videos in their order tracker, helping you explain the work and build trust. ▸ YOUR PROFILE, YOUR BRAND Showcase your specialties, the makes you work on, your service menu with pricing, and your customer reviews. List your services with price ranges so customers know what to expect before they book. ▸ DIRECT MESSAGING Talk to your customers in-app. Keep job communication together instead of losing details across calls and texts. ▸ LIVE EN-ROUTE TRACKING For mobile jobs, tap "Navigate" and the customer is notified you're on the way. Your location can appear in their order tracker while you travel to the job.
