Bar Progress is a compact, calisthenics journal. It maps three skill families — pull-up, dip, and handstand — into four-rung paths with prerequisite locks. You log attempts on this device; nothing is uploaded. Path. Filter Pull, Dip, or Balance. Each family shows numbered rungs, lock/reached state, and how many completed attempts you have recorded towards the next milestone. A rung is marked reached after three attempts you record as completed. The opening Path screen includes an original workshop illustration (pull-up station, rings, chalk bag, four-rung ladder) and a reached / 12 milestone count. Copy on Path is a practice map, not a promise of results. Log. Choose an available rung, enter a bounded metric (reps or seconds), rate effort from 1 to 10, optionally mark the set completed by your own standard, and add a note up to 280 characters. Effort is your rating, not a medical measure. Entries stay in the app's private storage. They are not backed up or transferred by the app and are normally lost if you uninstall. History. Reverse-chronological attempt cards, a milestone summary, per-entry delete, and clear-all with confirmation. Theme follows System, Light, or Dark from the Path app bar. There is no account, internet permission, analytics, ads, coaching chat, or cloud sync in this version. Use stable equipment, stay in comfortable ranges, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
