Whether it’s a 3am wake-up or a quick nap setup, you’ll have the answer in seconds. What is TOG? TOG is a measure of warmth used for baby sleeping bags. Getting it right matters — a baby that’s too hot or too cold won’t sleep well, and overheating is a known risk factor for unsafe sleep. Most brands provide TOG guides, but they’re buried on websites or printed on packaging that’s long been thrown away. Baby TOG Guide brings that information together in one simple, always-available app. How it works Open the app and drag the temperature slider to match your baby’s room temperature. Baby TOG Guide instantly shows you the recommended TOG rating and exactly what to dress your baby in underneath — no guessing, no searching. All babies are different — the right number of layers may vary based on your baby’s age, health, and how your baby regulates temperature. The room temperature shown in the app is the temperature you enter manually; always use a room thermometer for accuracy. The caregiver is responsible for determining what is appropriate for their baby. Data is sourced from each brand’s official guidelines — always refer to the brand’s website for the most up-to-date information.
