Comun HR

Comun HR puts your workplace essentials in your pocket. It's the employee self-service companion for teams that run on Comun HR — no paperwork, no chasing HR, no logging into a desktop portal. Everything you need to manage your work life is one tap away. CLOCK IN FROM ANYWHERE Start and end your day with a single tap. View your attendance history, spot missing punches, and keep an accurate record of the hours you've worked. REQUEST TIME OFF IN SECONDS Book leave without the back-and-forth. Check your available balance, submit a request, and track its status from pending to approved — all in the app. Your manager gets notified instantly. PAYSLIPS ON DEMAND Access your current and past payslips whenever you need them. View a clear breakdown of earnings and deductions, and download a PDF copy for your records, loan applications, or visa paperwork. YOUR DASHBOARD AT A GLANCE Open the app to an instant summary of your day: attendance status, leave balance, latest payslip, and anything that needs your attention. KEEP YOUR PROFILE CURRENT Review your personal and employment details and keep your contact information up to date so HR always has what they need. SMOOTH ONBOARDING New to the team? Get set up in minutes with a guided onboarding flow that walks you through your first steps. BUILT FOR MOBILE Fast, clean, and designed for one-handed use. Comun HR is a lightweight mobile experience — not a shrunken-down desktop site. SECURE BY DESIGN Your data is protected with secure authentication and encrypted connections. You only ever see your own information. WHO IT'S FOR Comun HR is for employees at companies that use the Comun HR platform. You'll need an account from your employer to sign in.
