Indy Testing Solutions Field Operations is the internal mobile application used by Indy Testing Solutions LLC employees and contractors to conduct nondestructive testing (NDT) inspections, document field work, and manage the day-to-day operations of our NDT inspection business. This app is for Indy Testing Solutions employees and authorized contractors only. It is not a consumer application. A valid Indy Testing employee or contractor account, issued by company administrators, is required to log in. New users cannot self-register from the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Create, edit, and submit nondestructive testing inspection reports across all of our service lines — radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle (MT), liquid penetrant (PT), positive material identification (PMI), and certified weld inspection (CWI) - View assigned jobs, customer information, work site details, and project specifications - Capture digital signatures from technicians, customers, and project representatives - Track calibration dates, certifications, and equipment status in real time - Complete safety forms including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), pre-job site assessments, and incident reports - Manage radiation safety records, dosimetry readings, source surveys, and shipping papers in compliance with NRC and state radiation control program requirements - Log work hours, mileage, and per-diem entries that feed directly into payroll - Access training records, NDT certifications, and required continuing education - Receive job assignment notifications, calibration expiration reminders, and account security alerts BUILT FOR FIELD CONDITIONS Offline-first design means technicians can continue working when cellular coverage drops; everything syncs back to the office once a connection is re-established. Biometric authentication keeps account access fast on shared devices. The interface is optimized for one-handed use on a hard hat job site, with high-contrast colors that stay readable in bright outdoor sunlight. PRIVACY AND SECURITY This application handles confidential client inspection data and personal employee information. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and authentication uses industry-standard refresh tokens with optional biometric unlock.
