Aury: Stress & Wellbeing Coach

Aury is not a medical device and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Aury is a self-care and mental wellbeing offering for adults aged 18 and over. Aury is your AI coach for whatever is going round in your head — a chat instead of an app full of menus. You write what's going on. Aury replies, helps you sort it out, and suggests the method that fits. TALK WHENEVER YOU NEED TO Aury is there around the clock — at night, at the weekend. You just start writing, the way you'd write a message. Aury opens the conversation, so you're never staring at an empty box. And Aury remembers what you've talked about instead of starting over every time. METHODS FOR CALM AND SELF-CARE Short guided exercises drawn from psychological practice, usable one at a time: • A breathing pause — three minutes of quiet in the middle of the day • Sorting your thoughts and stopping the mental carousel • Spotting thinking traps and being kinder to yourself • Finding what actually gives you energy • Setting boundaries without becoming hard • Mindfulness and self-care in everyday life Each method takes 10 to 30 minutes and runs in the chat, at your own pace. COURSES WHEN YOU WANT TO STAY WITH SOMETHING A course is a series of methods that build on each other, with visible progress. At launch there's a course on stress: eight sessions on stress patterns, the inner autopilot, body signals, self-compassion and setbacks. One session a day, or at your own rhythm. More courses on sleep and parenting are on the way. REMINDERS THAT DON'T NAG Set fixed times for your sessions. Aury gets in touch gently when you want to stay with it — and doesn't pile on pressure when a slot gets missed. WHY AURY • Developed by psychologists: the content comes from our clinical team. • Aury won't just tell you what you want to hear — honest reflection over easy agreement. • European privacy: servers in the EU, GDPR-compliant, information security certified (ISO 27001), never passed on for advertising. • Sign in without a password: with Apple, Google, or a code sent to your email. • Free during the test phase — you're helping us make Aury better. IMPORTANT Aury is not and does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment and a crisis service, and it does not make diagnoses. Aury is a computer program, not a person — and Aury can make mistakes. Never rely on Aury alone for important decisions. If you are in acute distress, please reach a human being.
