PrimeKey is the field app for PMI's maintenance technicians. See today's visits in order, with the address, the work to do, access notes and the not-to-exceed amount. Clock in on the job, mark yourself on the way, on site or done, and take before and after photos that attach straight to the work order. Your timesheet shows every hour this week, what is paid and what isn't, and why: travel, breaks and overtime are explained line by line, with an estimate of your pay. Found more work at a property? Report it from the visit with photos, and the office decides whether it becomes a work order. You see the answer when they do. - Today and tomorrow's schedule, pre-loaded so it works without signal - Clock in and out, with time that syncs when you're back online - Location recorded only while you are clocked in, so arrival times are accurate - Before and after photos on every visit - Search your own work orders by address, number or description - A weekly timesheet that explains your pay PrimeKey is for PMI technicians and requires a PMI Atha OS account.
