Atha Inspections

Atha Inspections is the inspection app for PMI technicians and property managers. Walk a home room by room with your phone recording and talk through what you see. Take the few required photos (the smoke alarm date, under the sink, the water heater label, where the keys were left) and answer a handful of quick checks. That's the whole inspection. When you have signal, each room comes back in about a minute with what was found and what you missed, so you can fix the gaps while you're still at the property. A Before-you-leave check makes sure every required room and photo is captured before the inspection is filed.
