Asthafy Rider is the delivery companion app for Asthafy riders. Sign in, see the day's workload at a glance, work through assigned deliveries, track every taka of cash on delivery, and hand it over — all from one screen-per-job flow built for a phone held in one hand. DASHBOARD BUILT FOR A SHIFT Open the app and the first thing you see is what matters: cash currently in your hand, COD still to collect today, and your live delivery count. A compact stat grid covers completed drops, failed attempts and the rest of your day, and your active deliveries sit right below it — one tap into the job. DELIVERY TASKS, GROUPED THE WAY YOU WORK Assignments are split into three tabs — To Pick Up, Delivering, and Recent — so you always know what is next. • To Pick Up shows both ends of the leg as a connected timeline: pickup stop, dropoff stop, contact name and phone on each. Mark Picked Up when the parcel is in the bag. • Delivering shows the dropoff and the exact cash to collect. Close the job with Mark Delivered for a customer drop, or Drop at Warehouse for a return leg. • Recent keeps every closed job with its outcome, completion time and COD collected. Every stop has a one-tap call button and a one-tap Directions link. Something go wrong at the door? Report a failed attempt with a reason in a couple of taps — no phone call to the office required. MAPS AND ROUTES WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP Tap Route & Map on any task to see the pickup and dropoff pinned on a vector map with the driving route drawn between them, plus distance and estimated time. Your own position shows as a dot so you can see which way to head. Need turn-by-turn? Open in Maps hands off to Google Maps. Your location is only read when you tap for a route. The app never tracks you in the background and never runs a location service while it is closed. CASH AND COD, ACCOUNTED FOR The Cash tab is your ledger. It shows cash in hand, COD still to collect, every collected order awaiting remittance with its amount and collection time, and the full history of your past hand-overs — date, status, amount collected, amount handed over, any discrepancy, order count and reference number. If you are carrying cash, a reminder banner says so until it is remitted. HISTORY AND PERFORMANCE Review everything you have handled: total deliveries, delivered vs failed, success rate, and total COD collected. Each past assignment keeps its dropoff, outcome, failure reason where there was one, and the cash it carried. NOTIFICATIONS New assignments and remittance confirmations arrive in a single feed, grouped by day, with unread items marked. The bell on every screen carries the unread count, so you never miss a new job. YOUR PROFILE Keep your own details current — phone number, emergency contact, vehicle type, address and profile photo. Change your password any time from the app. Name, email and coverage area are managed by your operations team. BUILT FOR REAL SHIFTS • Pull to refresh on every screen — get the latest without restarting. • Fast, recycling lists that stay smooth however long your day gets. • Clear loading and error states, with a retry that works, on a patchy connection. • Clean typography and a high-contrast layout you can read in daylight. PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR, AND WHY • Location (while using the app) — to show your position on the route map. Never in the background. • Photos — only to pick a profile picture. The app does not open your camera. WHO THIS IS FOR Asthafy Rider requires an active rider account issued by Asthafy. If you are not a registered rider, you will not be able to sign in.
