Pondrás a disposición de tus clientes un mecanismo sencillo para dejar sus comentarios, siendo este punto muy valorado hoy en día. En general, en lugares de atención al público, cuando los colaboradores están al tanto que pueden llegar a ser evaluados, se desempeñan mejor. Características generales de la app: 1) 3 tipos de preguntas: respuestas usando caras de colores, respuestas del 0 al 10 y respuestas abiertas. 2) Existe la posibilidad de incorporar un formulario de contacto para que la persona deje su mail, teléfono o documento de identidad. 3) Cantidad de preguntas ilimitadas. 4) Alertas en tiempo real a las personas que se asigne 5) Ratio de respuestas muy alto 6) Timer por pregunta El usuario administrador fácilmente identifica cada Tablet en las distintas sucursales en caso de existir. También permite identificar áreas dentro de las sucursales y asociarlas a una encuesta. El usuario administrador tiene posibilidades de gestionar de forma fácil e intuitiva: 1.
