ARZA: Calisthenics

ARZA is an adaptive training platform for calisthenics. Discover your exact level as a single number, get a program that evolves with you session by session, and train with the methodology of elite athletes. Your exact level: the ARZA Score A 0–99 metric that measures your level across the five fundamental patterns of calisthenics: front lever, planche, handstand, pull (pull-ups, muscle-ups), and push (dips, push-ups). One assessment of under 5 minutes and you know exactly where you stand. Your ARZA Card makes your level visible, shareable, and measurable. What Elo is to chess and what the V-grade is to climbing, the ARZA Score is to calisthenics. A system that trains with you Most fitness apps just show you exercises. ARZA decides what to do each session: your program shows up ready, with frequency, volume, intensity, and exercises calibrated for you. The system detects when you've leveled up and rebuilds your program, detects when an exercise has stopped challenging you and swaps it out, and adapts to your availability: 3, 4, or 5 days per week, 30 to 90 minutes per session. You focus on training; ARZA does the thinking for you. What you get - A complete assessment of your level across the five fundamental patterns - A training program adapted to your level and your availability - Detailed tracking of sets, reps, intensity, and volume - An ARZA Score that evolves with every session you complete - An ARZA Card to share your progress with your community - Methodologies from world-class calisthenics athletes Start now The initial assessment takes under 5 minutes, and you walk away with your ARZA Card and your exact level. Then you decide whether to keep training with ARZA. But at least you'll know where you stand. ARZA: The Art of Strength.
