Massiv: Gym Workout Tracker

Massiv is a gym workout tracker and strength training log with 17 built-in lifting programs and automatic, rule-based progression. Run 5/3/1, PHUL, PPL, GZCLP, Texas Method, and StrongLifts 5x5 — 17 proven weightlifting routines with progression math that adjusts your training maxes as you lift. Log every set fast, track your barbell and dumbbell lifts, and watch the weight go up. Log sets fast: one tap to confirm last session's weight and reps, quick numpad edits for PRs, and a Wear OS companion for wrist logging. ▶ FREE WORKOUT TRACKING • Unlimited workout log and training history • 17 built-in lifting programs with progression engines • Superset & Drop Set logging — group exercises with fused round-trackers, and log drop chains that automatically trigger shorter recovery timers • Coach Notes — traceable training observations analyzing plateau, fatigue, and consistency trends • Plate calculator + per-gym equipment profiles — Massiv knows which plates and dumbbells you own and avoids prescribing loads you can't build • Per-lift e1RM trends, PR log, volume by muscle group • Calendar heatmap of every session • Wear OS companion with rotary-crown weight adjustment, a workout Tile, and a watch-face complication for session and rest status at a glance • Health Connect sync for bodyweight + workouts • CSV and JSON export — your data is yours ▶ SWITCHING FROM ANOTHER APP? Bring your training history with you. Massiv imports CSV exports from Strong, Hevy, Fitbod, StrongLifts, and Jefit, auto-detects the format, and matches your exercises. Your data stays on your phone. ▶ MASSIV PRO (monthly, annual, or one-time Lifetime — see in-app for current pricing) • Custom program builder with advanced load functions • Major program edits: add sessions, change exercises, adjust progression logic • Pro Continuity: Automatic cloud backups encrypted on your device before upload to Google Drive, with 5-backup history. Progress photos stay device-only unless you explicitly include them in backup. • Body measurements + progress photos with ghost-overlay alignment, biometric lock, and on-device encryption • Monthly recap reports + period-over-period comparison • Muscle distribution + balance analytics • Unlimited custom exercises • Always-on auto-progression ▶ WHY MASSIV Massiv is rule-based by design. It does not use an LLM to guess your next workout. When Massiv changes a training max or suggests a deload, it shows the rule-based reason. ▶ BUILT FOR INTERMEDIATE LIFTERS You have finished your linear-progression block. You have outgrown the Notes app. You want to run PHUL, hit your sets, and see the bar move up.
