TailorProo

TailorPro — Bespoke Elegance, Digitally Tailored Running a tailor shop means juggling customer measurements, order deadlines, payments and delivery dates — usually across torn chits, WhatsApp messages and paper registers. TailorPro brings all of it into one clean, easy-to-use app built specifically for tailoring businesses. Whether you run a solo boutique or a multi-tailor shop with a team of karigars, TailorPro helps you stay organised, look professional, and never lose track of a customer or an order again. 👤 CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT Keep a complete digital record of every customer — name, contact details, photo, and their full order and measurement history. Add new customers in under a minute, search instantly, and never re-ask a returning customer for details you already have. 📏 SMART MEASUREMENT TEMPLATES Create custom measurement templates for every garment type — shirts, suits, blouses, lehengas, and more. When a returning customer walks in, their last measurements automatically prefill so you can update only what's changed. No more digging through old notebooks. 🧵 END-TO-END ORDER TRACKING Create detailed orders with garment type, price, advance payment, delivery date and priority. Track every order through its full lifecycle — Pending, In Progress, Ready, and Delivered — so you and your staff always know exactly where things stand. 💰 BUILT-IN BILLING Every order shows a clear amount breakdown — total amount, advance paid, discount, and balance due — so there's no confusion at pickup time and no manual calculation needed. 📄 SHAREABLE MEASUREMENT SLIPS Generate a clean, professional PDF of any customer's measurements and share it instantly with your tailors or over WhatsApp — perfect for outsourced stitching work. 🔔 NEVER MISS A DELIVERY Your home screen shows exactly what's due today and tomorrow, refreshed automatically in the background. Get push notifications for important updates so nothing slips through the cracks. 🖼️ REFERENCE PHOTOS & NOTES Attach reference photos and special instructions to any order — ideal for custom designs, alterations, and detailed client requests. 🎨 A SHOP YOU'LL ENJOY USING TailorPro is designed with a calm, elegant interface — quick to use between customers, with no clutter and no unnecessary steps.
