Merchmix Forge

Forge is the merchandising and product lifecycle management (PLM) platform built for footwear and apparel teams — from first concept sketch to sourcing, costing, and production. Manage your entire product line in one place: PRODUCTS Create and track every style through its full lifecycle — attributes, colorways, variants & SKUs, bill of materials, samples, and costing — with a clear view of where each product stands. MATERIALS & COLOR Maintain a shared library of materials and Pantone-backed color standards, linked directly to the products and suppliers that use them. PLANNING & DESIGN Build mood boards and design references for a season, then translate them into line plans with buckets, units, and delivery timing. SOURCING & COSTING Manage your supplier directory, track RFQs from request to award, and keep cost sheets and margins up to date as negotiations progress. ASSETS A digital asset library for product photography and reference imagery, organized by product and colorway. DEVELOPMENT Track bill-of-materials approvals and sample rounds through every stage of development. SEARCH, INCLUDING VISUAL SEARCH Find any product, material, color, or supplier instantly — including AI-powered visual search: upload a reference photo or pick an existing product to find visually similar styles across your catalogue. CO-PILOT An AI assistant that answers questions about your live data — inventory, suppliers, RFQs, and more — right inside the app. REPORTS & CHANNELS Keep an eye on cross-team activity and manage the sales/distribution channels your products ship to. Built for merchandisers, designers, sourcing teams, and product developers who need one connected system instead of spreadsheets and email threads.
