Inner Studio App

Inner Studio is a nervous system app built with creatives in mind, and designed for every nervous system. Whether you’re preparing to perform, feeling stuck in the creative process, coming down from an intense day, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, Inner Studio gives you practical ways to notice what’s happening and explore what might support you. Rather than treating calm as the goal, Inner Studio is about building awareness, flexibility and choice. Inside the app, you can: • Explore nervous system states and learn how they can shape attention, energy, creativity and performance • Find somatic practices using movement, breath, orienting and the senses • Use tools designed for before and after performances • Explore Body Map practices for different areas of the body • Reflect through somatic journaling and daily insights • Find support for solo creative work and co-writing • Build a community • Explore monthly practices designed to invite curiosity and experimentation Inner Studio includes tools for moments of activation, shutdown, creative blocks, performance energy and everyday nervous system support, alongside practices for maintaining connection when things already feel good. You don’t always need to change what’s happening. Sometimes noticing what’s here gives you more options for what comes next. Inner Studio is an educational and self-exploration tool and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment.
