Full description
A borewell driller sees the same ground come up over and over - clay here, rock there, water at roughly the same depth across one stretch of village and nowhere near it two fields over - but that knowledge has usually lived nowhere but memory and a paper notebook left in the truck. Bore Record turns it into something that can actually be looked back at. Log a site and build its column the way it was actually drilled: layer by layer, from the surface down, in whatever the ground turned out to be - topsoil, clay, sand, rock, whatever was hit - with no gap and no overlap ever allowed in between. Mark where the water was struck, or that the hole came up dry; both are worth recording, because a dry hole is exactly the kind of thing memory forgets first. Every site is filed under its area, and once enough sites have been logged in the same area, Bore Record shows the range water has typically been found at nearby - a real range drawn from the driller's own record of past jobs, not a single falsely precise number, and never shown at all until there is enough evidence logged to say it honestly. Areas with too few sites logged simply show nothing yet, rather than a guess dressed up as a figure. This is a record, not a forecast, and it holds no money anywhere in it - no quotes, no day-rates, no charges of any kind. It gives no geological or hydrogeological advice, and no guarantee about what any particular new site will hold - the only way to know that is still to drill it. What it gives is an honest look back at what has actually come up nearby before, kept as the driller's own record rather than left to memory. Everything stays on the phone it's used on. There is no account, no sign-in, and no data of any kind sent anywhere.
