AlwaysLiveYoga Meditation App

Let’s understand why we don’t prioritize meditation in our life. It could be because we don’t clearly understand it’s benefits. Just as we give our arms/legs a rest after continuous use, we need to give our mind a rest from time to time so it can work better. The reason we don’t give our minds a rest is because we don’t understand the symptoms of an overworked mind just as much as we understand the symptoms of an overworked arm or a leg. Symptoms that we should watch out for: PHYSICAL SIGNS head & body aches upset stomach insomnia changes in appetite & weight frequent illnesses, BEHAVIORAL SIGNS - procrastinating - decline in performance - drink alcohol - avoiding people - trouble paying attention - trouble managing responsibilities - Absenteeism MENTAL SIGNS - depression, - anxiety - pessimism - anger or irritability - difficulty managing emotion - lethargic This app will help even a beginner get in a deep meditation session. This app gives you reminders of your chosen sound during the session. You can choose how frequently you would like to hear the reminder sound. We suggest you choose sound to play more frequently earlier in the session & less frequently later. For this we’ve given an option to choose interval time before which the sound will be more frequent and after it’ll be less.
