Billkeep is an invoicing app for people who did not get into business to do paperwork. Write an invoice in about a minute, put your own payment link on it, and send it as a PDF. No jargon, no accounting degree needed. MADE FOR ONE PERSON RUNNING ONE BUSINESS Freelancers, tradespeople, tutors, studios, market sellers, consultants — anyone who invoices from their phone rather than an office. Every screen is built for a thumb, and the app opens straight to what you are owed. AN INVOICE IN A MINUTE A line is three things: what you are billing for, how many, and how much. Discounts and tax are there when you need them and folded away when you do not, so a two-line invoice never looks like a tax return. Add a client while you are writing the invoice — no leaving the screen and coming back. Pick a due date in plain terms: on receipt, in seven days, in fourteen, in thirty. Save any line you bill for often and pull it back with one tap next time. PUT YOUR OWN PAYMENT LINK ON IT Paste a payment link you already have — Stripe, PayPal, UPI, or anything else — and Billkeep prints it on the invoice as a button and a QR code, so it works whether the invoice is tapped on a screen or printed on paper. Because many providers create a fresh link for each sale, you can also paste one for a single invoice. Billkeep does not process payments and never touches your money. It prints the link you already use and opens it in your browser. You tick invoices off yourself when the money lands. TAX THAT FITS YOUR COUNTRY, NOT OURS Billkeep ships with no tax rates and never guesses. You add the ones that apply to you, and they can be as simple or as awkward as reality requires: a single VAT or sales tax rate, two rates on one line for CGST and SGST, compound tax, tax-included or tax-added pricing, and rates with decimals for places that use them. Group them once and pick the group on a line. More than forty currencies, with the right symbol and the right number of decimal places. QUOTES, CREDIT NOTES AND PROPER NUMBERING Send a quote before the work and turn it into an invoice afterwards without retyping it. Correct an invoice you have already sent with a credit note, rather than editing something the customer is holding. Numbers run in order with no gaps. Issuing an invoice fixes its number and freezes what is on it, so renaming a client or correcting a tax rate later cannot change a document somebody already received. Cancelled invoices keep their number instead of vanishing, which is what an accountant expects to see. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND The first thing you see is what you are owed, what is late, and what has been paid. Record part payments and the balance follows. Overdue is worked out from today's date, so it is never stale. Tap a client to see everything they owe you and everything you have ever sent them. YOUR RECORDS ARE YOURS Billkeep keeps everything on your phone and works with no signal at all — on a site, at a stall, in a basement. There is no account to create before you can start. Save a backup whenever you like and keep it where you want. Export your invoices as CSV for whoever does your books. If you would rather have a copy in the cloud you can sign in and switch that on, but it is off until you ask for it.
