Your services can be presented through your professional profile so clients can understand what you offer before starting a job. ## CONNECT WITH CLIENTS Stay connected with clients throughout the work process using built-in communication tools. AW Agent supports: • Direct messaging • Voice calls • Video calls • Job-related communication • Appointment coordination Discuss requirements, clarify project details, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients directly from the app. When a client calls you, AW Agent shows a full-screen incoming call screen with Accept and Decline, exactly like a normal phone call. It appears even while your device is locked, so work is not missed. This is why the app requests the full-screen notification and phone call permissions - they are used only to present incoming calls. ## MANAGE YOUR WORK Keep your professional activity organized in one place. • Create and manage your service profile • Add your services and skills • Set hourly or fixed pricing • Manage your availability • Define your service area • Discover nearby job opportunities • Apply for available jobs • Track active and completed work • Communicate with clients • Manage appointments • Build ratings from completed work ## GET PAID FOR COMPLETED WORK AW Agent supports payouts through Stripe for eligible service professionals.
