IKSARA — CCTV Monitoring

IKSARA is the mobile companion to the Aniston video management system. It gives security and operations teams a live picture of a CCTV fleet — which cameras are working, which are not, and what is being done about it — from a phone. Access is provided by your organisation. IKSARA has no public sign-up: an administrator creates your account and decides which zones, sites and cameras you can see. Without credentials from your organisation you will not be able to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO Fleet status at a glance See the current state of every camera across your zones and sites, with health scores and the counts that matter — how many cameras are healthy, degraded, offline, or need attention right now. Live view Open a live stream from any camera you have access to. Cameras fitted with pan, tilt and zoom can be moved, re-aimed and sent to presets directly from the player. Playback and clips Review recorded footage from a camera's SD card, scrub to the moment you need, and export a clip for evidence or reporting. Incident management Faults raise incidents automatically. Acknowledge one to show you are on it, record the root cause and resolution notes as you work, and follow the escalation ladder that brings in the right people when an incident is not handled in time. Cameras, zones and sites Browse the full hierarchy — region, zone, site, camera — with the details for each device, its recent status history, and what is currently wrong with it. Reports and analytics Uptime and SLA reporting over any period, plus trends showing which zones and which cameras account for the most downtime. Administration Administrators can manage users and their access scopes, configure the escalation policy, review the notification delivery log, and read the audit trail of every action taken in the system.
