TapTap Pass

TapTap Pass shows your event wristband on your phone: your TP (event credits), your history and your Gift Points. It works at TapTap and TAPPY events. No sign-up and no password: your wristband is the key. LINK YOUR WRISTBAND • Scan the QR code on your registration receipt, or the one shown at the desk. At TAPPY events, the desk can show a new "Pass link" QR if you missed it. • At TapTap events you can also enter the account code from your receipt and your PIN, or tap your wristband on the back of the phone first. • Link several wristbands in one Pass: your own for other events, or your family's. Each keeps its own balance. WHAT YOU SEE • The TP on each wristband, and its recent activity. • The full history: top-ups at the desk, TP used at the event's outlets, and transfers. • "About these TP": the event's terms, organiser and support contact. GIFT POINTS When an event closes, the TP left on your wristband become Gift Points, at the rate set for that event. Gift Points are non-cash promotional points: they have no cash value and can only be used for selected gifts on the upcoming AMOLVIN gift website. Your Pass adds up the Gift Points from every event and shows when they expire. LOST YOUR WRISTBAND? At TapTap events, block it from the app with your PIN, or get a replacement code to take to a registration desk. TRANSFERS Sending TP to another guest's wristband is off by default. It only appears when the organiser turns it on for an event: within that event, while it is live, and with your PIN. SAVE YOUR PASS WITH YOUR EMAIL (OPTIONAL) Confirm your email with a code, and restore your Pass and Gift Points on a new phone. Your email is used only for that, and you can remove it at any time. GOOD TO KNOW • TP are event credits for one event, usable only with its participating outlets during that event. They are not money, are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. • TP are added at the event's registration desks. The app sells nothing. • An internet connection is needed. NFC is optional: scanning the QR works on any phone with a camera. • Settings → Privacy and your data: the privacy policy, and how to have your Pass, its wristbands and your email deleted.
