Full description

VeraStaff is a verified marketplace that connects people who want to hire with people offering informal, domestic, and freelance work across Nigeria, in all 774 local government areas. Whether you are hiring or looking to be hired, VeraStaff is built on real identities and honest reputations. FOR PEOPLE HIRING Search verified workers by role and location. Every worker completes a National Identification Number (NIN) identity check before they appear, and their real name is locked to their profile. See trust scores built from confirmed hires and recent feedback, not self-claims. When you find the right person, pay one small connection fee to reveal their contact and arrange the job directly. No commission on the work, and no subscription. FOR PEOPLE SEEKING WORK Create a verified profile and get found by people who need your skills. Complete a quick identity check to become visible, then add optional badges (BVN, address, guarantor, reference, and police clearance) to stand out. Build a trust score from real, confirmed jobs. WHY VERASTAFF - Verified identities through a licensed provider - Honest trust scores from confirmed hires and weighted recent feedback - Optional trust badges for extra assurance - Contact details stay private until a connection is made - Local discovery across every state and LGA - Report and moderation tools to keep the marketplace clean VeraStaff is not the employer and does not supply the work. Any agreement is made directly between the two people. Verification badges and trust scores are indicators based on checks and feedback, not guarantees. Payments are one-off only: a connection fee to reveal contact, and optional verification fees. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Operated by Analytical Mind Geeks Data Solutions Ltd.
