تبيان - هو دليلك المالي الذكي والمنصة الأكثر أماناً لتنظيم وتوثيق الديون والالتزامات المالية بين الدائن والمدين.
قل وداعاً لعشوائية الدفاتر الورقية وخلافات الحسابات؛ فكل حركة مالية في "تبيان" تقوم على التوثيق المشترك والشفافية التامة بين الطرفين لضمان حقوق الجميع.
🛡️ نظام التوثيق المشترك (الحل الأمثل لمنع النزاعات):
يتميز تطبيق "تبيان" بآلية فريدة تتضمن موافقة الطرفين على الحسابات:
▪ طلب فتح حساب: لا يمكن للدائن فتح حساب لشخص آخر إلا بعد إدخال رقمه وإرسال طلب فتح حساب، ويجب على المدين الموافقة عليه أولاً لبدء التعامل.
▪ اعتماد الديون بالقبول والرفض: عند قيام الدائن بإضافة دين ، يصل إشعار فوري للمدين لمراجعة العملية؛ فإذا وافق عليها المدين تُعتمد في الإجمالي الخاص به، وإذا رُفضت تُحذف من كشف المدين وتبقى كدين مرفوض في كشف الدائن لضمان صحة البيانات بنسبة 100%.
▪ ميزة رفض الدين مع إضافة ملاحظة: عند ملاحظة المدين وجود خطأ في الدين المرسل إلية يمكنه أن يرفض الدين مع إضافة ملاحظة ليتم عرضها على الدائن ويتم مراجعة الدين وتعديله وإعادة إرسالة مرة أخرى .
▪ تصدير كشف للديون بصيغة PDF: بإمكان المستخدم تصدير كشف للديون في أي وقت وحفظها في ذاكرة الهاتف أو مشاركتها.

▪ حساب شخصي وتجاري: مرونة تامة عند التسجيل؛ اختر "حساب تجاري" إذا كنت صاحب تجارة لإدارة ديون عملائك، أو "حساب شخصي" لإدارة معاملاتك وديونك اليومية.
▪ حفظ سحابي دائم ومضمون: بياناتك مشفرة ومحفوظة في السحابة الإلكترونية؛ في حال ضياع هاتفك أو تلفِهِ ، أو تغييرِهِ، كل ما عليك هو تحميل التطبيق في هاتفك الجديد وتسجيل الدخول برقم هاتفك وكلمة المرور لتجد كافة حساباتك وديونك كما هي دون زيادةٍ أونقصان.
▪ التحكم بسقف الحساب (تقييد المبالغ): ميزة ذكية تتيح للمدين تقييد الحساب بمبلغ معين حسب ميزانية العميل، كما تتيح للدائن ايضاً تحديد سقف ائتماني مع هذا الشخص لا يمكن تجاوزه إلا بالتعديل.
▪ الموافقة التلقائية للمدين: ميزة اختيارية تمنح المدين راحة البال؛ حيث يمكن للمدين تفعيل القبول التلقائي للعمليات من دائنين يثق بهم لتبسيط التعامل اليومي.
▪ أمان عالي للتوثيق: حماية حسابك تبدأ من التسجيل بالاسم الرباعي، رقم الهاتف، كلمة المرور، ورمز التأكيد الداخلي لكل عملية داخل التطبيق لضمان هوية المستخدمين ولزيادة الأمان .
