Pulse is a Zone 2 heart rate monitor and workout tracker for Bluetooth heart rate straps. See your live heart rate, follow your personal training zones and watch your aerobic progress grow. Zone 2 is a steady effort at which you can still talk. Pulse makes your target clear while you train and shows how many minutes you spent in it. TRAIN IN YOUR ZONE • See live BPM and your current zone on a clear gauge. • Track workout time and Zone 2 time separately. • Set personal zones using maximum heart rate or the Karvonen method. • Get optional sound and vibration alerts when you leave or return to Zone 2. • Keep a workout running in the background with an ongoing notification. SET A GOAL AND SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Follow a weekly Zone 2 goal, daily totals, workout streaks and history. • Review trends, totals, resting heart rate and longer-session cardiac drift. • See live BPM and weekly Zone 2 progress in a home-screen widget with Pulse Pro. MORE WAYS TO TRAIN • Build your own timed interval workouts for free, with sounds at each step. • Start ready-made interval workouts with Pulse Pro. • Use a cardio timer when you have no monitor, then save the session. • Compare zone targets in the calculator, take a fingertip reading with the camera, or log a workout manually. Camera readings work best while still; use a strap for a full workout. YOUR HISTORY, YOUR CHOICE • Add an activity and notes to each workout. • Optionally write completed workouts to Health Connect at no charge. • Export CSV, make a full JSON backup or save a backup to your own Google Drive with Pulse Pro. • Delete your local history when you choose. Pulse needs no Pulse account and has no Pulse cloud. Camera frames are analysed on the phone and are never saved or uploaded. FREE MEASUREMENTS, OPTIONAL PRO Readings, sessions, zones, goals, charts, your own intervals and Health Connect remain free. Pulse Pro is an optional subscription that removes banner ads and adds exports, backups, the home-screen widget and ready-made intervals. Cancel through Google Play at any time. Pulse works with Bluetooth Low Energy monitors using the standard Heart Rate service, including many chest straps and armbands. Requires Android 8.0 or newer. Pulse is for general fitness and wellness, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
