Alento

Alento is a mobile‑first progressive web app designed to gently support people going through cancer and serious illness recovery. It combines calm, privacy‑first tools grounded in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) to help you navigate panic, track how you feel, and plan tiny, realistic steps each day. With Alento you can: - Use Panic Mode with an instant breathing visual and calming audio when everything feels overwhelming. - Track emotions and fatigue using quick sliders with notes, plus simple history views and graphs to notice patterns over time. - Build a small Daily Micro‑Planner with 3–5 research‑informed actions per day, fully customizable, with completion history to keep you motivated. - Keep a lightweight private journal to capture thoughts, fears, and small wins in your own words. - Connect through an Anonymous Community layer with presence and a pinboard where you can post short reflections, like and bookmark posts, see global or nearby presence, and send anonymous gratitude. - Receive gentle notifications for gratitude, messages, and reminders so you feel supported without being overwhelmed. Alento is built as a privacy‑first space, with a calm interface and no AI, social feeds, or noisy extras — just the tools you need to get through one day, and then the next.
