Kubali

Kubali gives property hosts and security teams one clear way to coordinate every guest arrival. Hosts can manage their units, create secure guest passes, share access details and respond to visitor requests from one streamlined workspace. Guards can verify passes at the gate, request host approval when needed and see only the details required to make an access decision. WITH KUBALI, HOSTS CAN: • Manage one or multiple apartments and short-stay units • Add guests and create time-limited QR guest passes • Share passes directly with visitors • Review gate requests and approve or deny access • Connect units to the appropriate security team • Keep a clear view of upcoming visits and access activity WITH KUBALI GUARD, SECURITY TEAMS CAN: • Scan a guest QR code or enter a pass code • Confirm the guest, unit and permitted access window • Request the host’s approval for an unexpected visitor • Admit approved visitors and record gate activity • Support multiple units from one Guard account Kubali is designed for Airbnb hosts, property operators and residential security teams who need a faster, clearer handoff at the gate. One guard can serve many connected hosts, while each host remains in control of access to their own units. Guest QR codes use protected pass tokens rather than exposing raw visitor information. Guards receive only the information needed to verify entry. Kubali — Access, approved.
