Vtraks is a field execution tool for sales representatives and retail teams at consumer goods companies and retail chains. Instead of manually counting product facings and entering numbers into forms, simply take a photo of the shelf. AI detects and counts products, checks them against the assigned planogram, and provides an instant compliance result. **BUILT FOR BUSINESSES** Vtraks is designed for business use. Your company provides your account, and the app does not offer self-registration. **DURING YOUR WORKDAY** • **Home** — See your daily progress: programs left to complete, assigned stores, and your personal compliance rate. • **Stores** — View assigned stores and the display programs due at each location. Search by store name or code and filter by status. • **Shelf Details** — See program requirements, including required SKUs, target facings, compliance thresholds, and reference images showing the correct layout. • **Capture** — Open the camera and take a shelf photo. AI detects and counts products, compares the result with the planogram, and returns a pass/fail result with detailed line-by-line results. • **Confirm or Dispute** — If the AI count is incorrect, report it directly from the result screen instead of calling your manager. • **History** — Review submitted captures, results, and original photos. • **AI Assistant** — Ask questions in Vietnamese about your own work data, such as how many stores remain today, your current compliance rate, or which stores are not yet completed. **WHY IT'S FASTER** Manually counting products across a multi-level shelf can take several minutes and is prone to errors. Taking a photo takes only seconds. Each result is stored with the original photo, allowing managers to review the evidence at any time. **APP PERMISSIONS** • **Camera** — Required because shelf capture is the core function of the app. • **Location** — Recorded only when a photo is submitted to verify that you are at the assigned store. Vtraks does not track your location in the background. You can still submit photos if you deny this permission. • **Photos** — Used to save captured photos and select existing photos when in-store lighting makes a direct camera capture unsuitable. **LANGUAGES** Vtraks follows your device language and supports Vietnamese, English, and Spanish.
