Aise Dispatch

The Aise Dispatch App is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the dispatching of services or products to drivers, who can then accept bookings from customers via WhatsApp. It caters to companies seeking an efficient and secure way to manage their dispatch operations while offering flexibility to drivers and convenience to customers. Key Features Company Registration with Unique Secret Codes: Secure Sign-Up: Each company that registers on the platform is provided with a unique secret code. Access Control: This secret code is used by drivers to join the company's dispatch system, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access company data. Isolated Data Environments: Data Separation: Every company operates within its own dedicated database environment, preventing any mixing or mingling of data between different companies. Privacy and Security: This isolation safeguards sensitive information and maintains the integrity of each company's operations. Independent Company Dashboards: Full Control: Companies have their own dashboards to control all aspects of their dispatch operations. Monitoring Tools: Real-time monitoring of bookings, driver activity, and service performance is available. Customization: Companies can tailor their services, manage products, and set operational preferences independently. Driver Flexibility: Multi-Company Access: Drivers can work for multiple companies by entering the respective secret codes for each. Unified Experience: Drivers manage all their assignments through a single app interface, making it easy to switch between companies. WhatsApp Integration for Customer Bookings: User-Friendly Interface: Customers can make booking requests directly through WhatsApp, a platform they are familiar with. Seamless Communication: Booking confirmations and updates are communicated via WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and clear communication. Live Location Sharing: Real-Time Tracking: Once a driver picks up a booking and confirms they are on their way, the app shares their real-time GPS location with the customer. Background Tracking: Location sharing continues even when the app is minimized, ensuring uninterrupted tracking until delivery is complete. Automatic Start and Stop: Tracking begins when the driver starts the trip and stops automatically once the booking is marked as completed. How It Works For Drivers Onboarding: Download the Aise Dispatch Driver App on a smartphone. Enter the secret code(s) of the company or companies they wish to work with. Operation: Receive booking requests dispatched by the companies they've joined. Accept or decline bookings directly through the app. Once a booking is accepted and the driver starts the trip, the app shares live location with the customer in real time. Switch between different companies within the app as needed. Benefits For Drivers Flexibility: Ability to work with multiple companies expands earning opportunities. Convenience: Manage all bookings, communications, and live location sharing through a single app. Ease of Use: Simple onboarding process by entering secret codes. For Customers: Transparency: Track the driver's real-time location from booking confirmation to delivery.
