Mimir

Introducing Mimir, the pioneering sport psychology app designed to assess the psychological climate of your team or group. With its high-frequency, low-burden data collection approach, this app offers coaches invaluable insights into the hidden psychological dynamics of their team, empowering them to optimise performance effectively. The Team Climate is created from player perceptions of the psychological factors influencing performance in the sport environment. Team Climate identifies positive and negative performance influences from both internal (self) and external (social) sources. Team Climate has a high frequency collection rate due to it being affected by time, situation, and case. All data is anonymised to help create a continuous feedback loop. Wellness is the act of practising lifestyle behaviours on a daily basis to attain better sporting performance outcomes. Because great teams aren’t just made—they’re understood. Every Voice gives coaches a clearer picture of what their players are really experiencing by turning anonymous team feedback into concise, actionable insights. Coaches can ask their squad a focused question, invite players to respond confidentially, and receive an AI-generated summary of the key themes once the response window closes. Rather than relying on the loudest voices in the room, Every Voice helps surface the collective perspective of the team in a balanced and coach-friendly format. Powered by Lumen AI, Every Voice draws intelligently on the team’s wider digital profile, including personality information, psychological climate data, and perceived wellness trends, to help coaches better understand the context behind player feedback and identify the most meaningful areas for action. Each report provides: - Clear, high-priority coaching insights based on anonymous player responses - A confidence indicator to show how strongly the findings represent the group - Response completion data to support interpretation - Neutral, psychologically safe language designed to promote reflection, not blame - Secure historical reports stored for future review - Every Voice helps coaches listen better, understand more, and act with greater confidence.
