Fitness Coach AI

Put your phone on the floor, stand in front of the camera and start. Fitness Coach AI watches you train and coaches you like a real trainer would. A COACH THAT ACTUALLY SEES YOU The camera reads your body in real time. No tapping the screen, no counting in your head: the app sees every rep, and knows when you went low enough and when you did not. • Counts your reps automatically • Corrects your form out loud while you train • Bad reps do not count, and it tells you why • A guide skeleton shows you the exact position to hit FOUR COACHES, FOUR WAYS TO TRAIN Pick who you want to train with. They are not static drawings: they do the exercise with you, rep by rep, greet you by name and push you when it gets hard. • Alex and Valeria, free • Cyrus and Yuna, each with their own voice and character, in Premium YOUR ROUTINE CHANGES WITH YOU Each day's routine is built from your profile, your goal and what you have already trained. It is not the same list on repeat every week. • Circuit routines with measured rest • Free mode to train without structure • Learning mode for your first reps • No equipment: just your body and the floor IN YOUR LANGUAGE The app and your coach's real voice are in Spanish, English and Portuguese. They follow your phone's language, or you pick one in settings. YOUR CAMERA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE No ads, no tracking. All camera analysis happens entirely on your device: no video is ever recorded or sent anywhere. Training works offline. What we do store on our server is your profile and a summary of each workout (reps, time and exercise), including when you train without an account. The account is what lets you get it back if you change phones. You can delete all of it, whenever you want, from Settings. WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PREMIUM Free, with no time limit: Alex and Valeria, squats and push-ups, the routines, free mode and all the camera counting. Premium, with a subscription: the coaches Cyrus and Yuna, the isometric plank and the Bulgarian split squat. Your first 3 workouts run with EVERYTHING unlocked, so you can try Premium before deciding. HOW TO START 1. Rest your phone on the floor, leaning against a wall or an object 2. Step back until your whole body is in frame 3. Your coach tells you when you are ready, and you start together Notice: Fitness Coach AI is an exercise companion tool and does not provide medical advice.
